John Leyton - Film star, pop star - John Leyton fits both categories.  Recently John Cavanagh caught up with him and spoke about a rather varied and interesting life.

Highland Folk Museum - Gordon Luke and the family recently visited this unique museum spread over a large area of Newtonmore and Kingussie.  As part of the Cairngorm National Park it depicts life from the 1700’s onwards.   The Newtonmore part is a mile long living history, and Kingussie is the spiritual home of the Highland Folk Museum.
