We were sorry to hear of the death of May Gibson last month. May contributed much to blind welfare in Scotland in particular to those suffering from Macular Degeneration. She was a founder member of the West of Scotland branch of the Society. She worked tirelessly for them until her 90th year. She was 92 when she passed away. Playbacks tribute is in the form of extracts from interviews recorded by both Margaret Cowie & Derek Young. Derek, along with Peter Fraser add their thoughts on a remarkable lady.
